Since the room is much bigger than the other room, the bathroom is inside the room, more closet space and the balcony is on that side as well we have it split so l do pay more so its fair. i pay $ and the other person pays $.This is a pet friendly apartment, I will be taking the orange cat so there will be a cat here.
