Room for rent a month

Description

I have a room to rent in three bedroom house room unfurnished .large closet a/c shared bathroom,shared kitchen,shared living room. Washer and dryer downstairs. Older three bedroom house the room for rent will be upstairs. There are three tenants here all seniors myself and fiancé are in one room we both work full time one at night shift the other at morning shift the third tenant lives downstairs has his own bathroom he generally stays down there is very quiet. He is retired. I am looking for responsible senior preferably female no drugs no smoking house. Have to like dogs I have a well behaved dog. Unfortunately landlord is not allowing anymore pets the rent is a month with deposit and a dollar rent check Sdge is split three ways aslo WiFi and cable split three ways
