First floor common areas are all fully furnished and well-appointed and include a large foyer, a living room with a big screen TV, a dining room with a large table, a new full-size washer and dryer, a half bathroom, and an enormous and well-appointed chefs’ kitchen. I have the master bedroom. And I’m looking for two clean, laid back and respectful ladies to take over the two extra bedrooms in the house. The rent is $ a month and so is the deposit.
