The complex is going through remodelings such as new gates and security, a playground and communal picnic/grill area, a dog park, and more. We are asking for about a month or every other week. This is figured for about a third of the overall rent and utilities which would be a month, plus internet we have hooked up and provided ourselves which is , and then electric being our only other utility to pay ourselves that isn’t tied into the rent, which is about depending on usage.
