Room is part of a three bedroom / bath apartment with full kitchen and large common area. Kitchen fully stocked with electric range, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. Also comes with laundry amenities both in complex and in apartment. Hardwood floors in hallways and other areas besides bedrooms. Now to talk about us, the renters. We are a polyamorous married couple of 3 years, one cisgendered male, , and the other is trans masc, . We are both teachers and have a fairly locked in schedule with little to no deviation. We have a few pets. A pair of rabbits that have an enclosure in the main living room area by the TV. And then we have a Boston terrier who loves to meet people and play. The area where the apartment is just down the road from the main Morse Rd thoroughfare with lots of shopping and businesses within walking distance as well as many many bus stops as well. The complex is going through remodelings such as new gates and security, a playground and communal picnic/grill area, a dog park, and more. We are asking for about a month or every other week. This is figured for about a third of the overall rent and utilities which would be a month, plus internet we have hooked up and provided ourselves which is , and then electric being our only other utility to pay ourselves that isn’t tied into the rent, which is about depending on usage.
