The room comes with a private detached bathroom, just for you.We’re located right off Highway , super convenient for commuting, with grocery stores like Safeway, Costco, and Ranch Market all within 5 miles.We do have a baby boy, but since our bedrooms are upstairs and yours would be downstairs, noise should be very minimal.We're hoping to find a clean, respectful working professional who enjoys a peaceful home environment. Light cooking is totally fine, and we just ask that shared spaces stay tidy.
