Private room with detached bathroom

Hi there!
My wife and I are renting out a fully furnished room in
our bath townhome, available starting September.
The room comes with a private detached bathroom, just for you.

We’re located right off Highway , super convenient for commuting, with grocery stores like Safeway, Costco, and Ranch Market all within 5 miles.

We do have a baby boy, but since our bedrooms are upstairs and yours would be downstairs, noise should be very minimal.

We're hoping to find a clean, respectful working professional who enjoys a peaceful home environment. Light cooking is totally fine, and we just ask that shared spaces stay tidy. Utilities are included in the rent cost.

A few house guidelines to keep things comfortable for everyone:
    •    Please keep your room/bathroom clean
    •    No smoking (inside or outside)
    •    No overnight guests
    •    No parties
