We're looking to list thisroom to have someone take over my portionof the lease and have it transferred over. Irecently was diagnosed with a illness andmust move back home so looking forsomeone to transfer to :) our lease ends July, Kylie is years old, works ata law firm and is very responsible, we'reboth very nice girls and looking for anotherfemale to become her new roomie! It is a two bed and if taken over the person would have full access to all amenities and areas! There is one parking spot we pay for included in the per each person, that is also including utilities as well! We currently rotate the parking spot where we switch off each day!
