Apartment for rent

Hello everyone, my name is Lucy, I live at the

apartments cadia crossing with my

roommate Kylie! We're looking to list this

room to have someone take over my portion

of the lease and have it transferred over. I

recently was diagnosed with a illness and

must move back home so looking for

someone to transfer to :) our lease ends July

, Kylie is years old, works at

a law firm and is very responsible, we're

both very nice girls and looking for another

female to become her new roomie! Message

me with any questions if interested! Typically the rent is less but has been a little pricier over the summer! It is a two bed and if taken over the person would have full access to all amenities and areas! There is one parking spot we pay for included in the per each person, that is also including utilities as well! We currently rotate the parking spot where we switch off each day! This room becomes available to move into on October 1st
