I am a laid back individual and rather clean so looking for someone who can accommodate this and with dividing up household chores.If you do have pets then the landlord does prefer dogs with a deposit of $ (per animal) and an additional $ per month so do keep that in mind.Social or laid back, but not into the party scene.
