Two rooms for rent that can either be separate or combined together for use of an office. There is one full bathroom and a half bathroom in the unit as well. One open parking spot in the back with off street parking as being an option for guests.
Utilities are only electricity and gas. (water is covered) with internet being at a low fixed cost.
Convenient for the area with many shopping center options and a pleather of grocery stores within a 2 mile radius.
Can easily get on about any freeway to and from destinations and right in the midtown area.
Looking for others that are working professionals to have a safe and comfortable living space. I am a laid back individual and rather clean so looking for someone who can accommodate this and with dividing up household chores.
If you do have pets then the landlord does prefer dogs with a deposit of $ (per animal) and an additional $ per month so do keep that in mind.
Social or laid back, but not into the party scene.
