Small bedroom with private bath. You have access to all common areas and a garage for bikes or surfboards. There is always street parking available Utilities are included. We have 2 chill cats so no pets and no smoking. My wife and I are game developers who work from home and hybrid. We’re looking for a respectful like minded roomate.
