Bedroom w private bath in townhome

Description

Small bedroom with private bath. You have access to all common areas and a garage for bikes or surfboards. There is always street parking available Utilities are included. We have 2 chill cats so no pets and no smoking. My wife and I are game developers who work from home and hybrid. We’re looking for a respectful like minded roomate. We are month to month but would ask that you stay for at least a few. I am out of town until Tuesday and will start returning then due to the amount of interest. Thank you everyone.
