Offering a room that will be vacated by our current roommate. We live in an area of single family rental homes (a housing development ran like apartments). You will need to fill out an application and pay the processing fee.The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms. about fourteen hundred sq feet. The laundry room and all the bedrooms are upstairs. Costs include your room, very close access to your own bathroom, water, sewer, garbage, electricity, internet and parking spot in the driveway. There is also a hookup that can be done for an EV.Images of the room and the bathroom are not the actual rooms, but a representation of what they look like.Looking to get someone possibly by Sept 5th. To disclose, our lease ends June next year and at that point we are unsure if it will be month to month or a lease renewal.
