We are a mature couple that are offering a relaxed and no nonsense environment in newer North West area of Roseville. We live in an area of single family rental homes (a housing development ran like apartments). You will need to fill out an application and pay the processing fee, fiftyfive dollars.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, over fourteen hundred sq feet. The laundry room and all the bedrooms are upstairs. Rent includes your room, hallway closet, your own bathroom, all utilities and parking spot in the driveway. You can even have access to your own refrigerator. There is also a hookup that can be done for an EV. For more rent there is a possible 2nd room to use as an office or living room. Also, plenty of room to cook and relax. Please, no smoking of any kind.

To disclose, our lease ends June next year and at that point we are unsure if it will be month to month or a lease renewal.
