Lease is for 1 year.🛏️ The House: • Spacious, two-story home • One available unfurnished master bedroom with private bathroom • The third room is a fully furnished guest room/office • House is fully furnished: couches, TV, dining table, etc. • Washer & dryer in-unit • Garage parking spot available + plenty of street parking • WiFi already set up • Water & electricity are ready to go, just split between us • No additional pets, please — we already have a pup 😊👯 About Us:We’re Agus (, full-time nanny) and Andrew (, flight instructor). We’re a couple who enjoy a laid-back lifestyle: board games, breweries, padel, and walks with our 6-year-old pup (who is truly the sweetest). Andrew loves video games, cars, airplanes. Agus is a bookworm and craft lady. We occasionally host chill gatherings (think birthdays or Thanksgiving), but it’s rare. We’re friendly and sociable, but also love and respect downtime.
