We’re looking for someone to move into a bath house in Broomfield, CO (th & Sheridan) starting August rd. Rent is $/month (half of $) plus utilities split (WiFi, plus water & electricity). Lease is for 1 year.

🛏️ The House:
• Spacious, two-story home
• One available unfurnished master bedroom with private bathroom
• The third room is a fully furnished guest room/office
• House is fully furnished: couches, TV, dining table, etc.
• Washer & dryer in-unit
• Garage parking spot available + plenty of street parking
• WiFi already set up
• Water & electricity are ready to go, just split between us
• No additional pets, please — we already have a pup 😊

👯 About Us:

We’re Agus (, full-time nanny) and Andrew (, flight instructor). We’re a couple who enjoy a laid-back lifestyle: board games, breweries, padel, and walks with our 6-year-old pup (who is truly the sweetest). Andrew loves video games, cars, airplanes. Agus is a bookworm and craft lady.


We occasionally host chill gatherings (think birthdays or Thanksgiving), but it’s rare. We’re friendly and sociable, but also love and respect downtime. We’re usually in bed by pm on weekdays — adult life!

🧹 What We’re Looking For:

We’d love to live with someone who:
• Has lived with roommates before
• Is responsible, respectful, and proactive with chores
• Keeps shared spaces tidy (not spotless, just livable)
• Respects quiet time after pm on weeknights
• Values honest, open communication

Sadly, I feel like to add that we are lgtbq+ friendly, and we believe in kindness. 🫶🏾
