Some storage available in garage. The common areas are kept clean and rent comes with internet, quarterly pest control, lawn care and pool chemicals. Utilities will be split 3 ways. There is a furnished guest room so any roommate can invite guests to stay nights at a time generally. Room is well lit, with accordion door closet, and enough space for a queen or king sized bed and furniture.
