We have two female roommates and are looking for a third. in quiet NE Austin neighborhood near make it easy to get around town. Approx. sq ft house, with large backyard pool and private fence. No pets, sorry. Looking for one female roommate. You will have one large bedroom and a shared a bathroom with one other woman. Fireplace, 2 living rooms, kitchen with smart fridge and dishwasher. Some storage available in garage. The common areas are kept clean and rent comes with internet, quarterly pest control, lawn care and pool chemicals. Utilities will be split 3 ways. There is a furnished guest room so any roommate can invite guests to stay nights at a time generally. Room is well lit, with accordion door closet, and enough space for a queen or king sized bed and furniture.
