I am looking for a female tenant who is interested in renting a room in my townhome. This can either be a short term or long term (no more than three years).I do have two rooms available for rent, price can be negotiated as the sizes are different. You will have your own private bathroom and access to the laundry room washer/dryer on the second floor. I already have a dog, therefore, additional pets are not accepted. Common areas will be shared, to include a sun room. I leave my home at a.m and won’t be home until p.m. Both rooms, will be available for rent on August . Rent will include utilities and internet. Street parking is available next to the home.
