The two available rooms share a bathroom with one room having its own bathroom entrance.Pets are welcome but we are limited to 2 dogs and/or cats for the unit. Any tank or cage animals don't need to be claimed on the lease. I haven't looked into it for a while so this may have changed but I believe the initial pet fee is $ per pet and pet rent is $ per month.All genders are welcome as long as you're kind and clean up after yourself.
