I'm looking for two new roommates to join my lease starting ASAP.
I live in Camden World Gateway and am transferring into one of the newly renovated units so everything will be
fresh
Rent will be $ . per person.
For utilities per person: water is usually about $, electric ranges from $, and the required renter's insurance is $7.
Trash service and cable and internet are bundled with the rent. The two available rooms share a bathroom with one room having its own bathroom entrance.
Pets are welcome but we are limited to 2 dogs and/or cats for the unit. Any tank or cage animals don't need to be claimed on the lease. I haven't looked into it for a while so this may have changed but I believe the initial pet fee is $ per pet and pet rent is $ per month.
All genders are welcome as long as you're kind and clean up after yourself. LGBT+ and friendly, just please only smoke on the porch :)
