For monthly rent a big furnished master bedroom. It’s a a 4 bedroom apartment. 3 are occupied by me and an engineering student a female nursing student. We are all either working , studying , or sleeping. We don’t party or having any special events at the apartment. The monthly rent is $ , plus one month deposit, which will be refunded when leaving the apartment. All I am asking is to give me a -days notice before leaving. The rent includes all bills( electricity, water, gas, internet, etc) . So if you are a quiet working or studying person , you are welcome to join us. No criminal background accepted. No smoking inside the apartment, but you can smoke regular tobacco cigarettes in the kitchen service room where you can set , smoke, enjoy a vitamin D dose from sun rays near the sun set. My job test for narcotics and don’t tolerate them. And I don’t want to negatively test positive for any of that . So plz , no narcotics inside the apartment. The apartment is close to rush hospital , midway airport, downtown Chicago , and Berwyn. It’s also very close to I. Free Laundry in the basement, free plenty of street parking . All utilities : electricity, gas, heat, etc. Are included in the monthly rent.
