Big Furnished master room

Description

For monthly rent a big furnished master bedroom. It’s a a 4 bedroom apartment. 3 are occupied by me and an engineering student a female busing student. We are all either working , studying , or sleeping. We don’t party or having any special events at the apartment. The monthly rent is $ , plus one month deposit, which will be refunded when leaving the apartment. All I am asking is to give me a days notice before leaving. The rent includes all bills( electricity, water, gas, internet, etc) . So if you are a quiet working or studying person , you are welcome to join us. No criminal background accepted. No smoking inside the apartment, but you can smoke regular tobacco cigarettes in the kitchen service room where you can set , smoke, enjoy a vitamin D dose from sun rays near the sun set. I’m a truck driver, and a pharmacy technician, and both jobs test for narcotics and don’t tolerate them. I don’t want to negatively test positive for any of that . So plz , no narcotics inside the apartment.
