The current roommates (couple) are moving out, so this will be a takeover for the last month of the lease, plus the signing of a new one year lease. We are open to couples especially, but would consider a single person. We pay all utilities, usually around $ a person, but this may be closer to $ if there are only three people.Guest parking is plentiful. The current roommates are both females, working full-time (bartender, fashion industry), and very friendly! Two cats live here, no additional pets please. We also prefer female roommates, or a mixed sex couple is okay too! Alcohol, (outside), and guest friendly! Looking to fill the room asap, especially by the end of the month.
