-Pool and hot tub are on the property
-Private patio, and direct access to a park!

The current roommates (couple) are moving out, so this will be a takeover for the last month of the lease, plus the signing of a new one year lease.

We are open to couples especially, but would consider a single person. We pay all utilities, usually around $ a person, but this may be closer to $ if there are only three people.

Guest parking is plentiful. The current roommates are both females, working full-time (bartender, fashion industry), and very friendly! Two cats live here, no additional pets please. We also prefer female roommates, or a mixed sex couple is okay too! Alcohol, (outside), and guest friendly! Looking to fill the room asap, especially by the end of the month. The rest of the month of June can be worked out with the roommates leaving. Please let me know if you are interested!
