My name is David (sometimes I go by Dave). I’m a year old white man who usually works a day shift for a construction company (pm is a typical shift) although I sometimes work nights. I’m left-leaning, don’t smoke, and prefer to keep the house volume low. Having a friend or two over for dinner is fun, but I prefer meeting people out at the bars/restaurants instead of hosting big parties.
I’m looking for a roommate who is a non-smoker, has similar values (liberal/left-leaning) and can clean up after themselves. I’m willing to consider applicants who have a small-medium sized, well-trained pet (I recently discovered I’m both a dog and cat person). I would like to meet your furbaby before they move in.
Small dogs or cats are allowed at the property for an additional fee. Anything else would require owner approval.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is in their mid-’s or older. Single applicants only, no couples please.
