Roommate Needed for August 1st!

It’s a cozy bath unit that has a lot to offer! Our kitchen has a garbage disposal, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. There’s central electric heating (no A/C), a small back patio, and a detached garage which is perfect for extra storage.

The new lease options include either a month lease or month-to-month starting . Rent will be $ per person) for the month lease, or $. per person) for the month-to-month lease. We pay all utilities (electric, garbage, water, and WiFi) and are also responsible for the lawn care, which I can explain further during the house tour.
