Hey All,
I have two rooms available now if anyone is interested. The house is located in the South Austin/Buda area.
I bought my first home about a year ago and realized I have a little more space than I need for myself. My name is Anthony, and in my free time, I like to go kayak fishing or stay home and PC game or work on my garden. I work from home three days a week in the engineering field, so I am home often, but I do get out for concerts and hanging out with friends.
$ + shared utilities per month per room. Open to short or long-term lease. One room is fully furnished.
If you think you may need both rooms, that can be negotiated.
