I have two rooms available now if anyone is interested. The house is located in the South Austin/Buda area.

I bought my first home about a year ago and realized I have a little more space than I need for myself. Floor plan has both guest rooms on opposite side of master.

$ + shared utilities per month per room. Open to short or long-term lease. One room is fully furnished.

If you think you may need both rooms, that can be negotiated.
