Hello! - Kelsey here, yo female new to Seattle and looking to avoid singles tax and find a roommate to secure a unit with in June or July. My budget is $2K, so looking for a B unit around $. I prefer Ballard, Fremont, Queen Anne or Capitol Hill, partial to townhouses rather than giant apartment buildings. I've located a GORGEOUS town house in Ballard that I'd love to move on ASAP. About me: thirty year old single female from LA, 2 amazingly friendly cats, work in Sports/Outdoors at Amazon, very clean (!), don’t drink or do drugs, home is sanctuary so no parties/hosting friends, love cooking & outdoor sports.
About you: any gender, no pets, at least late s & mature, very clean, likes cats/happy to watch them when I travel, not a partier (enjoying a glass of wine at night is no issue, just don’t come home drunk), respectful, responsible, communicative, full time job, good with home is sanctuary lifestyle.
I swear I’m great and not so serious, but I like my home to be a place of privacy and peace, and looking for a roommate who values that. Happy to be friends if the vibe works, also happy to just cohabitate. Have had great success cohabitating with likeminded people in the past.
