Hi everyone - Kelsey here, yo female new to Seattle and looking to avoid singles tax and find a roommate to secure a unit with in June or July. My budget is $2K, so looking for a B unit around $. I prefer Ballard, Fremont, Queen Anne or Capitol Hill, partial to townhouses rather than giant apartment buildings. I’ve located a GORGEOUS townhouse in Ballard for $, I’ll take the primary bed so your rent would be $. Touring it this weekend. If that doesn’t work out, open to looking together.
