There is ample parking space on the parking pad in front of the house but if you want a garage space, it’s an extra $ per month. Residents in the gated community have RFID to put on their car or a code to put on their cell phone. There is also a swimming pool and clubhouse. The location is a serene neighbourhood, 2 miles from BMW and 1 mile from Michelene Headquarters and close to downtown. It is also accessible to shopping malls and parks.
