Hi, my name is Jamie. I am seeking a responsible and respectful roommate to share my home in a beautiful gated community just minutes from downtown. The lovely standard size bedroom features a furnished space with a bed, dresser and a closet. It also has a fridge and microwave. A desk can be provided if needed. You will have a bathroom to yourself and will only be shared if there’s a guest. All common areas will be shared. There is ample parking space on the parking pad in front of the house but if you want a garage space, it’s an extra $ per month. Residents in the gated community have RFID to put on their car or a code to put on their cell phone. There is also a swimming pool and clubhouse. The location is a serene neighbourhood, 2 miles from BMW and 1 mile from Michelene Headquarters and close to downtown. It is also accessible to shopping malls and parks. Available for viewing only after days a week. The room is available NOW
