All rooms are furnished currently to make it easier!Price includes all utilities + internet + trash service.Rooms are $/month: Each has their own closet and share a full two sink bathroom. Room /month: Has its own closet and full private bathroom.Master Bedroom: My daughter will be occupying it.There are 3 garage spaces with clickers. There’s a Tesla charger in the main garage.Common areas are the backyard, pool, laundry room, kitchen, family room and study (has dual desks for working, etc). There is also additional closet space.The location is close to Costco and the newly opened Frontier Park, Fry’s Marketplace and soon to be EOS Gym.
