Now for the house!!

It is a brand new bathroom home in a gated community (with gate code)! It has a just completed private pool, fire pit and turf for hanging out. There are also two paddle boards and a kayak for the tenants to use.

This is a very clean, smoke and drug free home.

Room wise here is the breakdown. All rooms are furnished currently to make it easier!

Price includes all utilities + internet + trash service.

Rooms are $/month: Each has their own closet and share a full two sink bathroom.

Room /month: Has its own closet and full private bathroom.

Master Bedroom: My daughter will be occupying it.

There are 3 garage spaces with clickers. There’s a Tesla charger in the main garage.

Common areas are the backyard, pool, laundry room, kitchen, family room and study (has dual desks for working, etc). There is also additional closet space.

The location is close to Costco and the newly opened Frontier Park, Fry’s Marketplace and soon to be EOS Gym.

First month’s rent is required for the security deposit. We look forward to hearing from you!
