A $ deposit and once months rent will be needed before moving in. Three months stay minimum. No couples no drinking no drugs smoking outside only. Shared areas are back yard with barbecue, kitchen for light cooking, parking on driveway, and laundry to be use once a week.No minors, no over night stay.
