This is a lockable room, with private shower. available July 1st. Queen mattress, dresser and night table it has two large closets, and a stand up shower, with a rain shower head. A computer desk and chair and a lamp. In this home we are respectful, clean and very friendly. This home is peaceful available for a professional male or female.
Access to Pool and gym available.
I am a medical professional and I work from home now, so I keep all shared areas clean, you just have to clean after yourself every time you use the areas and be organized.

This is a month to month lease for $ due on the first of every month no exceptions. A $ deposit and once months rent will be needed before moving in. Three months stay minimum. No couples no drinking no drugs smoking outside only. Shared areas are back yard with barbecue, kitchen for light cooking, parking on driveway, and laundry to be use once a week.
No minors, no over night stay.
