I’m looking for a responsible male roommate for /month plus utilities. It's a clean, well-furnished, spacious 4 bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms, front/backyard and storage space located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. You will have your own room and 3 respectful easy-going roommates. We all tend to keep to ourselves and hardly see each other. We use a self sustaining chore system for a peaceful conflict-free home.

 Utilities are split between the house and are usually around per person each month.Available to move in on August 1st or earlier. 

I require first and last month's rent () up front plus the money for bills for the first month.
