Peaceful House-Respectful Roommates

I’m looking for a responsible male roommate. It's a clean, well-furnished, spacious 4 bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms, front/backyard, washer/dryer and extra storage space located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

You will have your own room and 3 respectful easy-going roommates. We all tend to keep to ourselves and hardly see each other. We use a self-sustaining chore system for a peaceful conflict-free home.

 Utilities are split between the house and are usually around one hundred dollars per person each month.

Available to move in today. 

I require first and last month's rent up front plus the money for bills for the first month. When/if you decide to move out, your last month's rent and bills will already be covered so you can save and prepare for your next situation.
