I currently have two furnished rooms in Manteca available. One is very large, approximately sq ft. There is ample parking in the side driveway or on the street in front of the house. Full laundry and kitchen privileges. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils if anyone likes to cook. There is a large backyard with a built-in pool with waterfall, covered seating area, table and chairs, and a barbecue. Close to shopping, eateries, and easy freeway accessMy home is very peaceful, warm, and welcoming. I am situated in a quiet court, but I am still near shopping, eateries, AMC movies, Bass Pro Shop, and Great Wolf Lodge. Easy freeway access.
