Two furnished rooms in Manteca

I currently have two furnished rooms in Manteca available. One is very large, approximately sq ft. This room has a California king bed, a double dresser, two nightstands with two drawers each, table and two chairs, microwave, keurig, and microwave. The other smaller room is still quite large at approx and has a queen sized bed, double closets, large dresser, a nightstand, desk and chair, and it's own ROKU TV. The large common area in the hallway has an additional microwave and keurig. The larger room rents for $ and the smaller one rents for$. There is a large tenant bathroom with a shower over tub. There is ample parking in the side driveway or on the street in front of the house. Full laundry and kitchen privileges. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils if anyone likes to cook. There is a large backyard with a built-in pool with waterfall, covered seating area, table and chairs, and a barbecue. Close to shopping, eateries, and easy freeway access

My home is very peaceful, warm, and welcoming. I am situated in a quiet court, but I am still near shopping, eateries, AMC movies, Bass Pro Shop, and Great Wolf Lodge. Easy freeway access.
