Must be close to the train—my office is near Bryant Park, so a commute under minutes is a must, and being able to walk would be amazing.Budget-wise, I’m aiming for $/month, depending on the building and location. I lived al years before moving to NYC, so I’m super self-sufficient but open to creating a comfortable shared space.
