Searching for a roommate or Room

Hey everyone! I’m Brysen—I’ve been in NYC for about a year now and I’m looking to find a roommate (or two max) to team up on a great apartment in Manhattan or LIC, ideally moving in September (but open to August for the right fit).

I’m looking for a 2 bed (would consider a 3 bed if it’s a great place). Must be close to the train—my office is near Bryant Park, so a commute under minutes is a must, and being able to walk would be amazing.

Budget-wise, I’m aiming for $/month, depending on the building and location. I’m open to a place that’s furnished but I’m also happy to furnish a space too.

A little about me: I work full-time and I’m in the office four days a week, remote one. I travel at least once a month for a weekend to visit friends and family around the country, but when I’m home, I like to keep things clean, relaxed, and low-key. I’m not looking for a party house, but I do appreciate a friendly, respectful environment where we can hang out once in a while. I lived al years before moving to NYC, so I’m super self-sufficient but open to creating a comfortable shared space. I make a great cocktail and welcome the occasional roommate dinner or night in.

Looking to live with someone who’s communicative, clean, and respectful of shared space. Deal-breaker for me is cigarette smoking—other than that, I’m pretty easygoing.
