The bedframe and mattress are not included (going with former tenant) Apartment is tucked away in a nice apartment complex away from too much traffic noise, with a covered “porch” area, spacious living/dining room, and well maintained kitchen and shared bathroom. Utilities are included in the rent, and parking passes are required but are free. Neighborhood has a small gym and pool open in the summer.
