Move in Date would be about three weeks from now, when previous roommate is leaving. (Currently trying to adjust the availability date)

Large bedroom available in the town center area of Virginia Beach. Room has nice sized walk in closet and tons of space!
The bedframe and mattress are not included (going with former tenant) Apartment is tucked away in a nice apartment complex away from too much traffic noise, with a covered “porch” area, spacious living/dining room, and well maintained kitchen and shared bathroom. Utilities are included in the rent, and parking passes are required but are free. Neighborhood has a small gym and pool open in the summer.
