I use FLEX To pay rent so if your taken back at the price just know its broken up into 2 smaller payments so its easier to mange. The rent does go up or down by a bit cause water/swear/trash is factored in. I live in ReNew Centennial right on delmar road, the loop is like 5mins away and Brentwood mall is in like mins.
