Looking for a roommate to help with rent mostly. Litterly all you will have to pay is rent and maybe grocery bill 🤣. I will admit the room offering is a bit on the small side able to fit 1 bed, a dresser, desk and a night stand. The room offering is the ". I use FLEX To pay rent so if your taken back at the price just know its broken up into 2 smaller payments so its easier to mange. The rent does go up or down by a bit cause water/swear/trash is factored in.

I live in ReNew Centennial right on delmar road, the loop is like 5mins away and Brentwood mall is in like mins. ALSO pls pls respect a bit of a quiet person as well as the neighbors so if your the throwing loud parties at home type then this isnt for you as quiet hours here start at 9pm during the week and pm on weekends.

a nerd so I do have anime posters up we can incorporate your style to the place as well to make it feel like home.
