Perfect location and space for a single working professional or college student. The bedroom will come furnished with a bed, 2 nightstands, 1 dresser and a smart T.V. This room was originally our guest bedroom, but we have recently decided to convert it into a room-for-rent. There is ample room for storage in the basement if needed. Move-in date would be July . First and last month's rent will be due upon move-in, $ non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve the room for you.
