Room for Rent!

My husband and I have a -bedroom, bath townhome and we are renting out one of the bedrooms! Our home is within close proximity to the freeway, restaurants, grocery stores, shops and Trax. Perfect location and space for a single working professional or college student. The bedroom will come furnished with a bed, 2 nightstands, 1 dresser and a smart T.V. This room was originally our guest bedroom, but we have recently decided to convert it into a room-for-rent. There is ample room for storage in the basement if needed. Move-in date would be July . First and last month's rent will be due upon move-in, $ non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve the room for you. Monthly dues will include rent ($ of the utilities (gas, electricity, internet). No pets, no smoking, and no couples.
